Our rehab programme will teach you how to identify these warning signs and equip you with the tools to cope with your triggers and stay sober.

Boredom can be a major reason that people go back to drug abuse. We provide Sober Time Coaching to help you develop new strategies and activities to manage your time. During your treatment you will partake in various activities such as yoga, swimming and biking, among others. Our goal is for you to develop healthy hobbies that you can integrate into your daily life outside of rehab. Keeping yourself occupied with healthy activities is a key strategy to preventing relapse.

We also offer a unique online aftercare programme, hosted on our own, secure video platform.  This programme includes free weekly group sessions and optional one-on-one counselling, which can be carried out in the comfort and privacy of your own home.  Aftercare is free to attend during the first eight weeks after leaving The Cabin Chiang Mai, but is also accessible to all former clients for however long they feel that they require our professional support.
